Customise Lookup values

Hi,

We have a field for incident classification, Classify 1.

Same field is being used for 2 applications, and the application value is stored in Classification Matrix as Display Filter column.

The problem I am facing is, where I am using the Look up value for Classify 1, I need to show that up based on the Application name.

How can this be achieved?
