In the cart there needs to be some validation of an item before it can be added. I have built a Business Rule against the sc_cart_item form. It has an error message using gs.addErrorMessage. If I make the change on the form and the error will show on sc_cart_item, but when you add the item from the shopping cart the error message does not display. Looking for any ideas on how to put a Business Rule on sc_cart_item and have that message display from the shopping cart.
