Changing Title of CMS Site

Hi,

I have created a site 5 month back on CMS. Now i want to change the title of the site. but i am getting below error

Unique Key violation detected by database (ORA-00001: unique constraint (INSTANCE.CONTENT_PAGE_INDEX0) violated)

Invalid update
