How to add a value to the drop down filter for dates

I would like the ability to run a report that would have a filter input of Next 21 days or Next 14 days or Next 7 Days or Next 2 Weeks.

I haven't seen anything on the forums or wiki to suggest how to do this,

Do admins have access to change the drop down values and if so were?
